Here's the documentation of our trip! We had such a good time & looking over these pictures just reminds me of the value of time spent with family. The kids built up some quality cousin time and I'm hopeful that they will remember this trip forever.
The first night we got there Brad took some of the kids crabbing. This is one of our favorite things to do at the beach.
The crabbing wasn't exactly plentiful this year. This is the only crab we caught all week! It makes me sad to think that this is a result of the Gulf oil spill. Michelle also caught 2 tar balls in her hands while we were there. We couldn't visablly see damage but the lack of crabs made me think about it even more.
One of our favoirte places to eat is Lambert's Cafe. It's a crazy/silly kind of restaurant. They throw the rolls to you and do pranks. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a gluten free menu! Here's the baby cousins at the end of the table. They had a good time messing the place up.

After dinner that night, we headed to play games and ride some rides. Emery was hilarious on this go cart. She had no idea that there was a gas and brake pedal. She got sooo scared once she pushed on the gas and then had no idea how to stop it. She crashed into all the other carts in pit row...I laughed so hard that I almost peed my pants! She was terrified.
Eli loved the go carts. I think driving the jeep and 4 wheeler at home helped with his driving skills!
This was another hilarious moment...Emery wouldn't ride by herself so Scott decided to go with her. Well, he barely fit in the seat & as soon as it took off, he started yelling, "Stop, stop, stop! I'm going to fall out of here!"
Elese & Eliot hung out on those little rides all around the place. Mostly we just let them sit and pretend...75 cents a ride was a total rip off! They didn't care and still had a good time riding a few of them.
Emery saved her birthday $ to go shopping on vacation. The one thing that she was determined to do was the hair wrap. Kylee & I waited for 2 hours for her to get this...look how tired she is by the time we got to the front of the line! We didn't get back until 11pm that night.

My sweet Eli all worn out! This was the first time I caught him bending both legs since the cast was off.
Eliot tried a peach for the first time while on vacation. He LOVED it! Part of the fun was getting to hold it himself.

I drug all the kids out one day before nap to get some shots. Kate was already in bed so she missed it. :( She wasn't too thrilled about the beach so I'm sure she wasn't too sad! Look how big Keith & Kylee are...they are growing up so quickly.
This is the condo complex that we stayed at. Our actual building wasn't right on the beach but behind this building. It was really nice to be so close. That's Michelle sitting on the beach chair with the blue raft!
More kiddy rides at the outlet mall. There was never a shortage of these things.

We started at the pool everyday. We then would head out to the beach and then back again. The kids loved both of them and had a great time just hanging out.
